Time off

I took some time off of overthinking, of world-weariness, of duties and to dos, of surviving in the madness and this is what I did instead. Drawing. Like we did as kids for hours. Music on, diving into the moment, having fun with colors, trying to draw our cat Schlumpf, who isn’t that fat in real. (Well, a little fat though, nonetheless so cute)… and being present, I felt so good. I no longer want to engage in horrific scenarios, stressed out over things I possibly am not able to change. I do my best anyway and take good care of myself. And that includes “wasting” time doing things that bring ease to my mind and body, things I enjoy doing. So hope you enjoy yourself too, with whatever makes you feel good. Have a lovely time! ❤️
